Coordination begins approximately 4–8 weeks prior to your wedding, allowing time to review your plans, organize logistics, and ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered. We’ll connect through scheduled meetings to refine your timeline, confirm details, and prepare for a smooth, well-executed event.

From there, I’ll take over communication with your vendor team, walk through the venue with you, and step in as your point of contact on the wedding day. I’ll manage logistics, oversee setup, and ensure everything runs as planned—so you can be fully present and enjoy the day.

This service is intentionally designed to begin prior to the wedding date and is not a same-day coordination offering.
